Morrisville’s Maddison Devlin named NEWHL Player of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Morrisville senior forward Maddison Devlin (Campbell River, BC, Canada) has been named the Northeast Women's Hockey League's Player of the Week.

The honor is for games contested from Monday, Jan. 20, through Sunday, Jan. 26, and was announced by the NEWHL on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

Devlin led Morrisville to a 6-2 win over Buffalo State on Saturday, Jan. 25, posting four points on a goal and three assists. The senior finished the contest with a +3 on ice rating.

Her lone goal against Buffalo State came late in the first period on the power play to even the contest at one, while she assisted on the Mustangs' three other goals.
