Cortland’s Grace Schnoor claims first Player of Week honor of 2019-20

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Cortland junior forward Grace Schnoor (Camillus, NY) has been named the Northeast Women's Hockey League's Player of the Week.

The honor is for games contested from Friday, Nov 1, through Sunday, Nov. 3, and was announced by the NEWHL on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

Schnorr helped lead Cortland to a pair of home conference wins over the weekend by accounting for four points on three goals and one assist.

In a 5-1 victory vs. Canton on Nov. 1, Schnorr tallied a pair of goals to lead the Red Dragons.

She then scored the team's second goal and assisted on the game-winner in the second period as the Red Dragons defeated Potsdam 5-2 on Nov. 2.
